2912 4th street
A stunning house remodel located above Boulder, with towering views of downtown as well as open space and Sanitas mountain views to the west. This spacious triple lot is even attractive to the local Colorado wildlife. The house is designed to capture light and the dramatic views, with a precise placement of large glass openings and sliding doors.
We were able to resurface and reuse the original mahogany siding from the 1950's, and complement it with a mahogany staircase and balcony. The kitchen and dining boast a 11 feet ceiling with pastel kitchen cabinets and a gray concrete counter top.
